How do people handle the situation when the level transmitter is broken? Please explain in detail

Recently, in the reprocessing workshop, the diaphragm of a double-flange level gauge in a feed buffer tank operating at a pressure of 0.3 MPa was damaged. Due to excessive internal leakage in the lower outlet valve, it is not possible to replace the diaphragm; therefore, the instrumentation department was contacted to connect a temporary level gauge between the liquid level panel and the lower outlet valve as a backup. The original double-flange level gauge was replaced during maintenance. Employees are required on a daily basis to check the actual liquid level every two hours, both through internal and external measurements; if there is a significant deviation, they must contact the instrumentation team to adjust the zero point and range.
Contact the instrument repair team immediately; the operators on site should enhance monitoring, pay attention to the operation status of the circulation pumps, ensure stable current levels, and strive to maintain stable flow rates in all liquid usage units.
