I determine the content in the fresh gas based on the Ar/N2 ratio in the fresh gas, which corresponds to the ratio in air; I then measure the methane content in the fresh gas. By using the Ar/CH4 ratio in the fresh gas, I estimate the contents in the system through material balance calculations. The composition of the released gas can be calculated based on solubility. Our factory uses pressure swing adsorption technology for the recovery of synthetic purge gas, but the adsorbent is unable to absorb argon present in the purge gas, resulting in argon circulating within the system. Could anyone advise me on any methods or instruments available for analyzing argon?
