No communication possible

It seems that the communication between the BTL3500 and the controller was suddenly interrupted; all the data read out became invalid values. However, the operating status of both the controller and the 3500 appears to be normal. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue? ? ? Check the communication cable; it’s likely sufficient to reconnect the connector.
First, test the communication lines on-site to check for any issues, then replace the spare parts and conduct tests to see if there are any problems with the 3500 card
The problem has been resolved; simply remove the communication card and insert it again. It was a strange issue, and now we have implemented redundancy in the communication interface, hoping that this kind of problem won’t occur again
