Issues with the inlet gauge of a gear pump?

Our company is using a domestic gear pump, but its flow rate is very low. Upon disassembly, it was found that the gears were worn out. I suspect that the motor speed is too high. Everyone, can I determine whether there is an insufficient inlet flow rate by checking the pressure reading on an imported gauge? ? Or, can the readings on the imported pressure gauge indicate something regarding the import flow rate? ?
Wear in gear pumps can be caused by an overly small center distance between the gear teeth or the gap between them! If you suspect that the motor is spinning too fast, you can test the speed on the motor side alone; I don’t think that’s the case! I think it is not scientific to determine flow rate based on inlet pressure; to prevent gear wear, the tooth pitch can be adjusted, or the inlet pressure can be increased as well. Also, for flow rate, you can open the outlet vent valve to perform calibration; give it a try.
Does the strength of the gear meet the requirements of the technical specifications? ?
