How do oil refining facilities recruit employees?

Today, a colleague told me that the 10-million-ton oil refining complex in Tianjin is looking to hire people. I wonder how they plan to do that recruitment? If the original boss is there, just contact him directly; if you have a good relationship with him, he will tell you to go there. That’s more or less how it works. As for job listings on websites, they’re basically not reliable.

I work for an oil refining company, part of CNPC. I just want to change my environment; after all, Tianjin is a pretty good place. It would be great if I could go there, but it’s not a big deal if I can’t. My current working conditions are fine, and my salary is decent as well.
