Double-acting and single-acting types.......................................................................................... ·Overview: AW pneumatic actuators are available in double-acting and single-acting (spring-return) versions; they consist of two separate cylinders, which makes it easy to manufacture cylinders of large sizes. These actuators offer high torque and smooth, precise operation; The inner wall of the cylinder and the piston shaft are coated with hard chromium, providing excellent wear resistance ; Oil-free lubricated shafts and guide rings are provided between all moving parts to reduce the friction coefficient and extend service life; the U-shaped characteristic torque output of the AW pneumatic actuator makes it more suitable for large-diameter ball valves and butterfly valves. ·Standard parameters: Basic design – pneumatic dual-cylinder dual-piston fork-type transmission mechanism ; Model AWxx = double-acting ; Model AWxxS = single-acting (spring-return). Double-acting rotation angle = 90℃ ; Single-acting = 90℃ ; The angle is adjustable from -5° to +5° at both ends. Operating ambient temperature: -20°C to 90°C.
