1. Start and stop operation process (1) Start and stop of high voltage cabinet: 1. Start-up of high-voltage cabinet: (1) Turn the isolation switch to the "electric field" position. (2) Open the corresponding safety interlock in the low-voltage cabinet (it is in the open state when the safety interlock key cannot be removed) (3) Each circuit breaker in the high-voltage cabinet ; (4) Close the main circuit breaker ; (5) Set the power master switch to the "on" position. At this time, the power indicator light on the cabinet will light up and the controller's LCD will light up. (6) Press the "Start" button, the AC contactor is closed, the main power is turned on, the power indicator light on the cabinet goes out, and the running light is on. After startup, the controller will automatically boost the voltage after self-test if it is normal, otherwise it will prompt an alarm message. Note: In general, the debugging personnel have adjusted the parameters, and the operating personnel generally do not need to modify them. 2. Stopping the high voltage cabinet: (1) Press the "Reset" button, and the output current and voltage drop to zero. (2) Press the "Stop" button, the running light will turn off and the power light will turn on. (3) Set the main power switch to the "off" position. At this time, the power light goes out and the control cabinet shuts down. (4) If the equipment automatically trips and alarms, the fault type displayed on the LCD screen at the time of the alarm should be recorded. The high-voltage cabinet can be restarted only after the cause is found out and the fault is eliminated. 3. Precautions for using the equipment (1) In order to prevent over-voltage during operation, it is prohibited to directly press the "Stop" button without pressing "Reset". (2) In order to prevent accidents such as switch burnout, the high-voltage switch cannot be switched or directly opened while the equipment is running. ; (3) Do not enter the high-voltage isolation room when the equipment is running. (4) When shutting down for maintenance, first place the high-voltage isolation switch in the "ground" position, and then enter the body for internal maintenance. (5) When the low-voltage system is inspected separately, the safety interlock should be locked to ensure safety. (2) Starting and stopping the IPC system 1. Starting the IPC system (1) Turn on the "main circuit power supply" on the host console” ; (2) Turn on the "turbidimeter fan power supply" and "turbidimeter power supply" one by one” ; (3) Use the key to open the cover on the front of the computer host and press the "POWER" button to start the computer. ; (4) After the computer starts, when entering the operating system, click "OK" in the pop-up "User Login" dialog box to enter the system. Then the system directly entered the "IPC system” ; (5) Enter the corresponding user name and password in the "IPC System User Registration" dialog box. The user name is: fyhr, the password is: 1234 ; (6) After logging in, you can monitor the lower computer ; Note: For the operation of the IPC system, please refer to the "Help System" on the main screen. 2. Stopping the IPC system (1) Click "Operation Function" on the IPC system screen, and click "Exit IPC system and shut down the computer" under the pop-up drop-down menu. The computer will automatically exit the IPC system and shut down the computer. ; (2) When the computer screen displays "The computer power can be turned off", the "main circuit power supply" in the control can be disconnected.” ; (3) If the furnace is shut down for a long time, the "turbidity meter power supply" and "turbidity meter fan power supply" should also be disconnected. ;
