The file to be downloaded is in PHP format; could anyone please help out?

I’m a newcomer; I’ve earned some money by answering questions, and now I want to download some useful things to help me learn more*. But every time I try to download something, it’s in PHP format – the files can’t be opened, and it also costs me money. What’s the reason for this? Has anyone else encountered the same problem?
Click on the filename, right-click and select “Save As”. It seems that the PHP file uses a suffix similar to that of BT download seed files!

Try opening it with IE; if that doesn’t work, try changing PHP to ZIP
