Right now, new large-scale projects are being developed across the country, and the research institutes are swamped with work. On one hand, this allows one to come into contact with many new things, providing a broader range of experiences compared to staying in just one facility； On the other hand, with more projects, research institutes earn more as well; each project generates a significant amount of money. Moreover, research institutes usually lack enough staff, so whether work is done well or not, newcomers are quickly assigned to take on some of the tasks.
