How do you create valve position limit markers for the SITONG platform?

The valves on the four-way platform include four-way valves and feed isolation valves, which are imported valves with built-in valve position indicators. The steam supply, water supply, drain, and oil discharge systems use gate valves. Most of our valves are equipped with pneumatic actuators, but one drawback is that it’s not possible to determine whether the valves have been opened or closed properly. The workshop held special meetings to address this issue, but no effective solution was found. Methods such as painting or marking were not very effective; currently, operations are carried out based on experience only. There are two issues for discussion: 1. Are there any electric actuators used for the oil discharge and drain valves on the four-way platform? If so, which manufacturer provides them? 2. How to mark the valve’s operating limit for valves without electric actuators? (Specific method) Thank you
We used the pneumatic full-close function as a general guarantee, and after it reached full close, we manually locked it in place.
Our pneumatic head valve is also finally secured manually with a clip.
