Process Engineering Section – Bonus Distribution Post for February 2009

It’s really timely that Deep Sea Ultra is giving out bonuses; I just received my salary yesterday, and today the forum is offering more bonuses. :lol       As of February 27, hours online this month: 144.33 hours.                                    Number of management times: 5524. Time online this month: 63 hours. Management actions this month: 16 times; rating management: 21 times. Since I only became an official moderator in mid-month and later learned more about forum management, my efforts in this area have been limited; I aim to achieve satisfactory results by March. Time online this month: 143.67 hours. Management tasks carried out this month: 1,596 times. Since I was transferred to the process area on February 22nd, I checked and found that I have carried out 511 management tasks since then; the remaining tasks were carried out in the foreign language area! Let’s see what the Deep Sea Ultra version suggests regarding how to receive wages – should one receive them from both areas or only from the craftsmanship area?   Became a moderator on December 20, 2008, and carried out 786 management actions; having held the position for only about 10 days, one could consider them an excellent moderator.   In January 2009, the number of management actions carried out was 1,072; that would surely qualify one as an excellent moderator, haha. As of the 27th, this month’s online time is 91 hours. Management-related activities this month totaled 1,170 times. Due to project-related discussions towards the end of the month, there was a decrease in both management activities and online time; however, the first two months saw performance that met excellent standards. I request that my supervisor assess my performance, and I will continue to work hard next month. Time online this month: 15.33 hours. Management statistics for this month: 1,276 times. Performance was excellent in November and December; time online this month was a bit less. I’ll work harder from now on

There’s no work on weekends, so it’s not too late to come today. Based on the statistics from that cleaner-related post, here’s a summary: Hours spent online this month: 132.67 hours; Number of management actions taken this month: 3585. I remember that around 1380 of those were rating-based management actions, with the rest being non-rating-based ones.   Since taking on the role in the Process Engineering area, I have strived to be an excellent moderator every month, and I indeed have been an excellent moderator each month; it must be three consecutive months!   Hehe, 132 hours? I couldn’t even imagine that. I actually managed to exceed 130 hours. Considering the 22 working days in February, that means I was online for at least 6 hours per day.
