There is a vent on each side of the shell-and-tube synthesis tower. What is its function, according to those with expertise?
Could the original poster be more specific? What kind of blanking is it, and exactly where? We also use shell-and-tube synthesis towers
Is the vent of the shell-and-tube synthesis tower located on the upper tube sheet? If so, it is used for venting gas from the shell side of the synthesis tower. Since the rising tubes on the upper part of the shell side are located below the tube sheet, some gas cannot be discharged during flushing; therefore, a vent is provided on the tube sheet
Is it Ruchi’s? There’s no vent pipe; the gas on the water side can be released through the drum. The gas side itself needs to be purged with nitrogen. Could you tell me exactly where it is?
Is LZ referring to the two vents led out from the shell side?
Going back a few floors: they are the two vents connected to the upper part of the shell side of the synthesis tower.
I think it is used for venting when water is added to the shell layer, to prevent the accumulation of gas from causing uneven heat exchange.
Sell at the high point. I think it’s *inertial design; it’s not very useful in everyday use
