If there is no flushing oil system, which instruments in which units of the refinery need to be equipped with isolation fluid and steam tracing?
The simplest, safest, most reliable, and practical method is of course to install the instrument in an instrument protection box, supply clean compressed air to maintain positive pressure, and connect a steam coil for insulation.
Take on-site samples; in corrosive environments, use what was mentioned above； In a normal environment, apply corrosive paint once a year
Can anyone who knows answer this? It’s a new project – what should we do regarding the insulation of the instruments?
