Our factory is building delayed coking, diesel hydrogenation, hydrogen production unit and gasoline hydrogenation combined unit. Can anyone provide us with the staffing situation? Thank you.
If your equipment passes the test, all instruments are automated, and your logistics equipment is well supported,: ⒈There are 40 operators per team with 8 people (two internal operators, four external operators, and one positive and negative team leader), and there are four classes. ⒉There are 5 workshop managers including a director secretary, a process engineer, an equipment engineer, a safety engineer, and a general administrator. 45 people in total
This is my opinion: If the delayed coking unit requires more people, consider configuring a shift of 8 people. A shift of diesel hydrogenation, hydrogen production unit and gasoline hydrogenation combined unit is equipped with 9 people. The day shift consists of 4 process engineers, 4 equipment engineers, 2 safety engineers, and 3 workshop leaders.
What are the principles for piping arrangement in chemical plants?
