I would like to look up some kinetic data on reactions; I would be grateful if you could recommend some authoritative kinetic databases, whether they are paid or free. Thank you

This is unlikely to happen, as there are too many factors that can affect reaction kinetics. Different catalysts and different reaction conditions lead to different kinetic behaviors, and the activity of the same catalyst also varies throughout the course of the reaction.
