The 80,000-ton fully low-temperature conversion custom equipment is as follows; among them, the second conversion furnace is an old unit that requires adjustment: 1. The preliminary investment estimate for 80,000 tons of synthetic ammonia produced via full low-temperature conversion is as follows: Equipment: 2 million yuan (2.6 million yuan for towers with saturation functionality)； Catalyst: 1.5 million yuan ； Piping valves: 600,000 yuan ； Control instrument electrical: 400,000 yuan (DCS, average level) ； Installation fee: 400,000 yuan.
