How to maintain plate heat exchangers that have not been used for a long time

Our company has a spare plate heat exchanger, which is used once every 1 to 2 months. May I ask the experts? How should such a backup heat exchanger be maintained?
1. Heat exchangers that are out of use during winter should have the fluid inside them drained promptly, or other anti-freezing methods and measures should be employed to prevent damage to the equipment! 2. When the equipment is not used for an extended period of time, the bolts should be slightly loosened to ensure the longevity of the gaskets and heat exchanger plates; they can then be tightened again as required when the equipment is put into use.

Loosening and then tightening the screw again will result in a poor seal; the gasket can no longer be used and must be replaced.
If it is not to be used for an extended period, the following maintenance should be carried out: First, drain all the fluids and materials from the heat exchanger, then loosen the bolts to clean each plate. After completion, let it dry. It is best not to tighten the bolts too much, to prevent the gaskets from losing their elasticity due to long periods of disuse, which could result in poor sealing when they are used again.
