In a screw compressor with an air-cooled cooler, how can one determine whether the heat transfer amount on the oil side has been achieved? ? Just check the inlet and outlet temperatures? Since the flow rate on the oil side of the compressor is generally not very precise, it is difficult to determine whether the heat transfer capacity of the cooler has been met ?
What is the purpose of understanding the heat transfer amount? Why must one know? What’s the point of insisting on a certain heat transfer amount when the operating conditions are different?
For air compressor users, it might not matter the heat transfer capacity, only the temperature. For design and manufacturing, calculations are required.
