When there are still 10–15 tons left to reach full capacity, it is advisable to contact the tank area 15 minutes in advance to have someone monitor the pump. Once only 2 tons remain, the pump should be stopped. During loading, the amount should not exceed the limit; a margin of 1 ton should be left, mainly to prevent overfilling and to provide space for the evaporation of oil vapors. 3. After loading is complete, close the valve at the loading flexible hose. At the same time, inform the pump room to stop pumping, and carry out reset operations for equipment such as the flexible hose, escalators, and covers. When the flow rate is high, 3–6 tank cars can be filled simultaneously, but it’s still necessary to control the flow rate to prevent static electricity-induced fires. Our company’s railway loading control system is fairly good; it includes batch controllers, flow meters, and hydraulic control valves. Pneumatic transfer hoses are divided into two types: those used for loading gasoline are sealed pneumatic hoses, while those used for loading gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel are manual transfer hoses.
