Strictly speaking, our company’s conversion process falls into the “medium-low-low” category; there are two conversion furnaces, with two stages of catalysts for the medium conversion process, and desalinated water and gas are used for heat exchange between these stages; The low-temperature variation is handled by a temperature-adjusted water heater for heat exchange. Gas flow: Gas → Saturated tower → Heat exchanger → Electric furnace → First stage of medium-pressure conversion → Vaporization layer → Second stage of medium-pressure conversion → Heat exchanger → First temperature-adjusting water heater → First stage of low-pressure conversion → Second temperature-adjusting water heater → Second stage of low-pressure conversion → Water heater → Hot water tower → Circulating hot water tower → Soft water preheater (for preheating the soft water used in the boiler) → Indirect cooling tower → Direct cooling tower → Main carbonization tower.Water flow: Hot water tower → Hot water pump → Water heater → Second temperature-adjusting water heater → First temperature-adjusting water heater → Saturated tower ↓ → Post-synthesis boiler → …………↑ In production, due to the fact that the heat exchange area of the temperature-adjusting water heaters does not match the system’s production capacity, both water and gas flow through bypass lines, rendering these devices ineffective! The hot water coming out of the water heater undergoes a cooling process after passing through the temperature-regulating heater, and its low variability also poses a problem.
