Regarding the issue of reduced wealth? Please help!

Hey everyone, I’ve also just joined this forum not long ago. Since I work in the valve industry, I try to be active in the areas dedicated to technical discussions on pipes and valves, posting replies to earn some points. I wanted to use those points to download useful materials for myself. This morning, when I logged into the forum, I saw that I had 30 points, which made me happy; I planned to download some materials, but it wasn’t possible – it said I only had 1 point. I was frustrated. Later, I realized that my points had indeed disappeared. Why is this happening? The points I worked hard to earn are gone :(
When downloading, please do not use multi-threaded download tools such as Xunlei, otherwise your balance will drop quickly:)
Either you’ve used up your previous downloads and haven’t refreshed yet, or the posts that were used to rate you have been deleted. Check in your ‘My Replies’ to see if the posts that gave you points are still there; if not, contact the moderator
Please use IE6 browser; some browsers will cause multi-threaded downloading even if you use right-click to save.
I was using Xunlei to download it; no wonder. Thank you all for the reminders. I’ll change my browser; this way there should be no more problems. Thank you again
