The low-temperature methanol wash absorption towers here are two units arranged side by side, and they cannot operate independently; there is only one regeneration system. If the pressure differences of the coal gas in the two absorption systems differ, will this have an impact on the subsequent regeneration system, and if so, to what extent? (Note: The raw gas is divided into two streams before entering the coiled heat exchanger; it merges back into one stream after exiting the coiled heat exchanger from the synthesizer.)
Since there are two absorption systems, there should be two pressure control valves; if the pressure can be kept the same, I think there shouldn’t be any major issues! !

If the pressures are different, I think the main thing to pay attention to is whether the syngas meets the standards ; Generally, the methanol in T1 is forced out under pressure, and this pressure is usually regulated by a control valve on the pipeline to control the pressure entering the regeneration system; this generally does not have a significant impact on the regeneration process!
The pressures of the two sets are different; so is this how you control the pressure in the thermal regeneration tower? The level of pressure has an impact on the effectiveness of thermal regeneration!
