As is well known, the vapor pressure of oil and gas in the fractionation tower has a significant impact on product quality. I would like to know what factors affect the vapor and oil partial pressures in a distillation column
The pressure, temperature, and volume of the fractionated reprocessed contaminated gasoline, the steam injected during reaction, and the bottom stream steam, as well as the pressure in the reaction and fractionation columns, all affect the partial pressures of oil and gas
1. Steam injection in the reaction section 2. Stirring steam at the bottom of the distillation tower 3. Changes in reaction temperature 4. Changes in reaction regeneration pressure. All of these can affect the vapor pressures of oil and gas in the distillation tower
Factors affecting the vapor pressure of the oil and gas at the top of the fractionation tower: 1. The amount of gas injected into the reaction; 2. Dry gas and the amount of material lifted; 3. Reuse of gasoline and C4; 4. Quench oil and terminators; 5. The amount of steam used for stirring at the bottom of the tower; 6. The amount of steam used for stripping in the diesel stripping tower; 7. Reaction depth and process conditions; 8. The backflow momentum at the compressor outlet.
This is related to reactions and distillation to a certain extent. 1. Reaction pressure: Although it is not equal to the vapor pressure of oil and gas, it still has a significant impact. 2. Total amount of steam used in the reaction: Steam for reaction pre-treatment, atomization, stripping, backflushing, anti-coking in the lift pipe, and anti-coking in the oil and gas pipelines leading to the distillation tower. 3. Stirring steam at the bottom of the distillation tower, and steam for diesel stripping. Generally speaking, as long as there are no major adjustments, the impact on product quality will not be significant.

Pressure is related to the gas phase; any factor that can affect changes in the amount of gas phase can also affect pressure changes.
