Management sessions this month: 344. Time spent online this month: 93.33 hours. Posts made in the last 30 days: 105. Work summary and suggestions: I was on a business trip in late February, so I didn’t have much time to visit the forum during the last week. This month, I organized and verified some English materials; it seems there are a lot of them, and some of them are not very standardized. I don’t know if anyone reads this kind of material; anyway, I don’t read it very often – it’s too exhausting. If I do read anything, it’s in Chinese.
Management sessions this month: 219. Time spent online this month: 10.67 hours. Posts made in the last 30 days: 7. Work summary and suggestions: Well, I’ve made progress this month compared to last month; the company blocks internet access, so I can only use the internet before 9:00 in the morning! ! ! Number of management tasks this month: 253. Time spent online this month: 43 hours. Posts made in the past 30 days: 17. Work summary and suggestions: In February, due to a relatively busy workload, less time was spent online; also, since there weren’t many posts in the General English discussion forum, the amount of management work carried out was limited as well. This month, as I am also the moderator of the Chemical Engineering English Forum, I will strive to do a good job as a moderator, and all the metrics will surely be better than last month. Suggestion: There is a considerable amount of material and documents in the General English Communication section. We should organize these valuable resources into categories so that users can access them as needed.
Management sessions this month: 424. Time spent online this month: 161.33 hours. Posts made in the last 30 days: 147. Work summary and suggestions: Summary: February was unexpectedly quiet, so I had time to review all posts daily and participate in technical discussions within my capabilities. I hope there will be enough time in March to do better. Suggestion: Regarding suggestions for the chemical industry zone, I believe that not only is it necessary to select and compile information in a dedicated area, but a discussion area is equally important. Currently, there are many posts in the discussion forum, and their quality and depth vary greatly. To turn it into a high-quality discussion forum, I think it’s necessary to review and organize these technical posts, striving for excellence. The initial idea is: Goal – to motivate moderators, technical experts, and members so that they can acquire more knowledge and make greater progress in the foreign language community. Implementation format: It will be published on a monthly basis (the frequency can be adjusted as needed), with the notable events of each month being summarized in a more concise manner. Participants: Relevant technical experts (it may be advisable to recruit new experts who are willing to participate actively) and the moderators will work together to handle this task; other members can also apply to serve as editors and receive rewards for their efforts. Implementation principle: Accumulate over time and then summarize. Implementation details: The specific format and division of tasks still need to be discussed. The above are just preliminary ideas; their feasibility will need to be discussed and decided upon together.
Number of management tasks this month: 320. Time spent online this month: 59.67 hours. Posts made in the last 30 days: 27. Work summary and suggestions: This month, I mainly organized and verified various materials related to professional qualification exams; there were many materials that were repetitive, similar, or irrelevant to the topic, and materials from 2006 and 2007 accounted for a large portion of them. It’s not clear whether those materials are still useful. There were two temporary business trips with no internet access; I was missing * for two days, haha. Number of management actions this month: 237. Time spent online this month: 35.67 hours. Posts made in the last 30 days: 23. Work summary and suggestions: I have actively participated in section management, but I feel that the management of these sections is rather chaotic at the moment!
Number of management tasks this month: 144. Time spent online this month: 82.33 hours. Posts made in the last 30 days: 76. Work summary and suggestions: This is my first salary; I’ve just started working and am not yet familiar with the tasks. I hope to improve steadily in the future. Suggestion: There aren’t many materials and documents in the Professional English communication area, and the volume of management work involved is not large. It would be perfect if these limited resources could be utilized effectively. Therefore, we should categorize these limited resources in a systematic manner, in detail, so that sailors can make use of these valuable materials as needed. Number of management tasks this month: 311. Time spent online this month: 75 hours. Posts made in the last 30 days: 185. Work summary and suggestions: This is also my first salary; I’m new to the job and not yet familiar with it. It is recommended to hold more events in the foreign language area to increase its popularity. Personally, I feel it’s not as active as it was a few days ago.
Management sessions this month: 191. Time spent online this month: 37.67 hours. Posts made in the last 30 days: 60. Work summary and suggestions: Due to the heavy workload I have recently and frequent business trips, I am unable to carry out proper management tasks and maintain adequate communication; therefore I am resigning for now. I will apply to return once I have more time (if possible: lol). Let’s keep it up! :handshake
Number of management actions this month: 662. Time spent online this month: 184.67 hours. Number of posts made in the last 30 days: 20. Work summary and suggestions: This month, the focus was on standardizing the posts made by users, as well as organizing the content in the entertainment section, with the aim of creating an orderly atmosphere that will not only boost users’ enthusiasm for participation but also make it easier for them to find the information they need in those sections. Also, I’ve been a bit busy lately, which has caused some delays in organizing the Fun English section. I’ll make an effort to finish organizing this entire section by mid-March. I also hope that the General section will become increasingly popular and keep improving.
Management sessions this month: 458. Time spent online this month: 66. Posts made in the last 30 days: 58. Work summary and suggestions: Focus on completing the basic tasks; also, take advantage of the current opportunity to organize the next event, so as to establish a habit and create a positive impact
Management sessions this month: 277. Time spent online this month: 38. Posts made in the last 30 days: 19. Work summary and suggestions: There was a long holiday period during the Spring Festival in February, resulting in insufficient time for management; efforts will be intensified in March. I want to organize the materials in the Chemical Engineering English section, gather them into a consolidated post, and also remove some unnecessary posts. For other foreign language areas, I really don’t know what to do After all, it’s still quite niche, and since it belongs to the chemical industry, the options are even fewer. :(
Management sessions this month: 489. Time spent online this month: 50.33 hours. Posts made in the last 30 days: 155. Work summary and suggestions: The time spent online in February was relatively short; I would log on whenever I needed to post, but I was mostly offline during the rest of the time. Here I would like to thank sky28205065; he is even more diligent than me, having organized that PK post in an orderly manner and made it available as a series. Those who don’t organize don’t understand the difficulties and troubles involved, so I want to say thank you to sky28205065. I recently changed jobs, so the timing of when I’ll be able to start working might not be certain or fixed, but I will do my best to fulfill my role as an moderator and serve all those who are interested in the Korean language.
Also, I would like to know whether the moderator formatting some of the data in the table in bold or italic is meant to serve as an oral warning Fortunately, I don’t have it; my performance is average
Management sessions this month: 936. Time spent online this month: 51 hours. Posts made in the last 30 days: 77. Work summary: Overall, the number of posts is not high, and the time spent online is average. There were no outstanding achievements in February; the management and operations were merely standard. As for those repetitive posts, they’re not ideal, but it’s not possible to delete them. It seems that actions were taken to address such posts in March; I hope there will be fewer of them in March.
