What to do if PDMS cannot create new projects?

I am learning to use the *pdms version 11.6sp3 software, but after installing it I’m unable to create new projects. I’m not sure why. I hope everyone can help me figure this out. Thank you!
The MAKE.EXE file remains the old version and has not been upgraded; version 11.6 needs to be installed. After installing PJ, back up the modified MAKE.EXE file, then install SP3 and copy it to the SP3 directory. But I want to remind the original poster to check first whether ADMIN works or not. I ran into the issue where the executable file for ADMIN was also outdated and hadn’t been upgraded; it needed to be replaced with an older version, and I’m still not sure which version to use.
Thank you, Your Excellency. My MAKE PROJECT will not run; either the project name is missing, or although there is a name, no username is available, so it’s not possible to access it using SYSTEM.
