At the same time, as the pressure increases, the difference in gravity between steam and water decreases, making it difficult to separate steam and water, and steam easily carries water droplets. The higher the pressure, the heavier the steam, and the kinetic energy of the steam flow increases, making it easier to carry water. Therefore, when the steam flow rate is constant, the higher the pressure, the easier it is for the steam to carry water. Boiler steam contains water. The main factors affecting the water content of steam are boiler load, steam pressure, steam space height and pot water salt content. (1) As the steam pressure increases, the difference in gravity between steam and water decreases, making it difficult to separate steam and water. ; When the steam pressure decreases, the corresponding saturation temperature decreases, the bubbles in the steam drum increase, the water level increases, the amount of water carried by the steam increases, and the steam quality deteriorates. (2) The height of the steam space is small, making it difficult to separate steam and water. (3) When the salt content of the pot water increases, the amount of water carried by the steam increases. (4) When the boiler load increases, the steam volume and steam speed increase, so that the diameter and number of water droplets carried by the steam will increase, so the steam temperature will increase and the steam quality will deteriorate.
Reasons why steam carries water 1. The passing soda-water separator may be flushed. 2. If it is a new boiler, check whether the water levels on both sides of the drum are consistent. It is possible that the drum is not placed levelly. 3. The design of the drum does not match the steam load, resulting in poor steam-water separation. 4. The heating surface of the superheater is designed to be too large. * * desuperheater * * The amount is too large and the steam carries water.
