Are there any brothers from Qingdao Da Lianyou in the forum? I was wondering how much it costs to do external training (at the junior college level) per month. The benefits at Qingdao Da Lianyou QRC are decent, at a mid-to-high level in China. However, its staffing is limited to management personnel; much of the logistics work is outsourced. This incurs significant costs, and managing such operations presents considerable challenges. As a result, salaries must be high enough to retain staff. . .
