Ask for CAD verification

Dear experts, I want to take a CAD certificate as an undergraduate. But I don’t know what to take, how to register and other details. Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. . . Thank you for your advice!
I also want to do research, but I don’t know the specifics. I’m just waiting for an expert to answer! ! !
If you're in school, it doesn't matter if you take one test, it might be a stepping stone for you. If you are already working, there is no need. This certificate is not valuable.
I feel that CAD does not have a publicly recognized certificate. People with some basic computer knowledge can basically draw when opening the software. It is more important to be able to operate it skillfully when you practice using it yourself.

There seems to be a certificate called Senior Draftsman, but the certificate I saw was from CAxa, not CAD. I don’t know how to take the CAD exam~~
