Generally, it is arranged according to the process flow. The crude oil pump is a cold oil pump and should be in a pump room with other cold oil pumps. The pump room of our plant's 1 million tons/year normal pressure and vacuum device is about 100M3. The pumps are spaced about 2M apart. There are a total of 18 pumps, including other firefighting pipelines. You can refer to it.
In the current design, there is an outside operation room. In areas that are not too cold, the crude oil pump is under the frame. The crude oil pump room mainly stores lubricants, chemicals, etc., and 10 square meters is enough.; In the extremely cold northern region, crude oil pumps are indoors, and a 1 million tons/year normal and vacuum device requires at least 3 crude oil pumps, covering an area of about 200 square meters.
