Yesterday I went to the site for a small renovation project and found that there is a single flange liquid level transmitter installed at the bottom of the tank. There is also a local instrument similar to a pressure gauge at the same level. It has three pointers. According to theory, it should be an indicator that converts pressure into liquid level. According to the owner's request, the new instrument must be the same as the original instrument. This local meter has not been used and does not have a camera. My original workplace seems to have this kind of meter, which is called KF when used on propylene tanks. The given instructions are used for on-site adjustment. Is it helpful to you?
It is a field meter without a signal line connection. It looks like a pressure gauge. The three needles on the dial have scales, but they are too old to see clearly the words on the dial. Can anyone guess what it is?
I wonder if it is a pressure gauge with a positioning or limit adjustment function to roughly indicate the position of the liquid level relative to the full scale. For example, HIGH HIGH is 1 meter LOW LOW is 0.2. Then adjust the pressure gauge according to the density converted into pressure. I seem to have seen electric contact pressure gauges with three pointers. One is for displaying pressure, usually black, and the other two are metal for upper and lower limits.; But they are all equipped with electric shock output. Without wiring, they can be used as ordinary pressure gauges. Can you see the units on the table clearly? Determine the measuring range. If appropriate, convert the pressure of the measuring tank into liquid level. Check if it has contact output?
There is no contact output, and there is no wiring. I guess it is just a tool for roughly displaying relative and upper/lower liquid levels. This post was last edited by hwindforce on 2009-3-1 23:03 ]

To determine the liquid level range, just find a pressure gauge instead.

The three-pointer is probably an electric contact pressure gauge, one indicates pressure, and the other two are the setting pins for high-voltage alarm electric shock and low-voltage alarm contacts. You can post the model number so everyone can take a look!
It's best to send a picture to make it clearer. You can also take a look at the product nameplate.
