For example, if you are a storage and transportation worker, what should you do when you discover a leak in the manhole of an oil tank during your inspections or at some other time? Try to make it as comprehensive as possible. For example, how should it be handled when oil is poured into this tank? Such leaks occur only when the oil reaches a certain level.
