Recently, Sinopec’s headquarters issued orders to increase gasoline production, and all its subsidiaries have taken active action. One of the measures is to raise the dry point of catalytic gasoline. I’d like to ask everyone what the control range for the dry point of catalytic gasoline is in your companies. Let’s start with my own company: in Takahashi Catalytic, it’s 204±6℃
Wax oil-catalyzed gasoline control at 195 degrees!
In our facility, the dry point of gasoline produced by the DCC unit is kept at no more than 205°C, through online control; the flash point of diesel is maintained above 85°C, with an effort to evaporate as many light components as possible in order to increase the gasoline yield. This also facilitates the blending of diesel with aviation fuel or 200# oil without causing the flash point to exceed specified limits.
The re-ignition device controls the dry point of gasoline at 201 degrees; the national standard requires this value to be no higher than 205 degrees at the time of manufacturing.
Hainan: Catalyst-treated gasoline dry point is less than 205℃
The steam drying temperature should not exceed 203°C, controlled at the upper limit.
