Only the first one is a national standard; we used the first type to adjust the reactivity of other companies in the past. I’m not sure where the author got the second notation from – the earliest standards for reactivity were established by the people in my organization
These two representation methods are from <Coking Process>, a textbook planned for higher vocational education by the Ministry of Education, edited by Wang Xiaoqin. The second main method in the textbook gives the expression CRI = Q(CO) / ×100%. I think the way of expression is incorrect. The textbook states that Q(CO) and Q(CO2) represent the volume fractions of CO and CO2 gases in the gas mixture after the reaction.
