On-site work of the safety manager

May I ask everyone, is the safety manager in your project based on-site regularly? How often do the supervisors from the company’s safety department inspect the site?
The safety manager should be stationed on-site and hold regular safety meetings.
Are there dedicated engineers under the safety manager?
The safety manager should be a member of the project team under the supervision of the project manager; although there are safety engineers on site as well, the safety manager should also be present there regularly. If it refers to the head of the company’s safety department, then it’s a different matter
