Planned long-term shutdown procedure for steam-driven centrifugal compressor units: 1. Notify the dispatch team that the compressor unit is to be shut down; 2 Compressor load reduced to minimum ; 3 Compressor unit speed reduced to the lowest adjustable speed ; Press the stop button at the control room or on-site to cause the unit to shut down and reduce its speed to zero; record the rotor coastdown time, and activate the barring device ; Open the inlet and exhaust valves at each stage of the compressor in stage 5, use an air valve to relieve pressure, replace the air with nitrogen once this is done, and then close the vent valve ; Open the first and second steam isolation valves in Section 6, activate each drain and trap, drain completely, and then close the valves ; 7. Stop the extraction pump, break the vacuum to zero, and then stop the shaft seal steam ; Stop the 8-stop condensate system, drain all water, then close the relevant valves; if necessary, fill the steam turbine with nitrogen for protection ; 9. Once the temperature of the compression bearing drops below 60°C, stop the disk drive unit, shut down the oil system, and fill it with nitrogen for protection ; 10 Dry Gas Sealing System ; 11 If necessary, shut down the cooling water system; after draining it, close all the supply and return valves, and open the bypass valve ; This post was last edited by 156026692 on 2009-3-1 21:49]
:Lol, thanks. Are there any maintenance procedures as well? Especially the smoke extractor part
