Spot inspection is a management method, while traditional equipment inspection is only an inspection method. There are obvious differences between the two in the following aspects: (1) Determine the person. The core of the inspection operation is the inspection by full-time inspectors. It is not a patrol inspection, but a fixed inspection area, so that the area, people, and equipment are fixed and not easily changed. There are usually 2 to 4 people, no more than 5 people, responsible for dozens to hundreds of pieces of equipment, and a day shift work system is implemented. Inspectors are different from maintenance workers, inspection workers, and maintenance technicians. They are specialized personnel who have received special training. The quality requirements are: 1) Have certain knowledge of equipment management, have practical experience, and be able to use simple diagnostic instruments ; 2) Have necessary office conditions and transportation ; 3) Integrate inspection operations with management and coordination operations ; 4) Have maintenance technology, organizational coordination and management skills. (2) Fixed point. Set the equipment fault points in advance and clarify the inspection locations, items and contents of the equipment, so that the inspectors can carry out inspections with purpose and direction. (3) Quantitative. At the same time as the inspection, technical diagnosis and tendency management are combined. For points with wear, deformation, corrosion and other losses, the deterioration tendency is quantitatively managed according to the requirements of maintenance technical standards to measure the degree of deterioration tendency and achieve the purpose of predictive maintenance. It has achieved the unification of relatively complete modern equipment technology and scientific management methods. (4) Fixed period. There are pre-set cycles for the location, items and content of the fault points. Based on the improvement of the quality of the inspectors and the accumulation of experience, appropriate modifications and improvements will be made to find out the worst inspection cycle. (5) Set standards. The inspection standard is the basis for measuring or judging whether the inspection part is normal, and it is also the criterion for judging whether the part has deteriorated. Therefore, all equipment subject to inspections have prescribed judgment standards, and inspectors must master and be familiar with them in order to take countermeasures to eliminate deterioration points with high standards and restore normal conditions. (6) Fixed-point inspection schedule. The inspection schedule (or work card) is a guide for inspection personnel to implement inspection operations and a blueprint for independent management. The inspectors carry out the work along the prescribed route according to the pre-prepared inspection plan. (7) Set records. Inspection information records have a fixed format, including operation records, abnormal records, fault records, tendency records, etc. These complete records provide valuable original data for information transmission in the inspection business. (8) Fixed-point inspection business process. The inspection work and the processing countermeasures for the inspection results are called the inspection business process. It clearly stipulates the processing procedures, hidden dangers and defects that need to be dealt with urgently, and the inspector will directly notify the maintenance personnel to deal with them immediately. Problems that do not require urgent treatment are recorded and included in the planned maintenance to be solved. It simplifies the procedures for equipment maintenance management, enables quick emergency response, and implements planned projects. The above eight aspects are the differences between spot inspection business and traditional equipment inspection.
