To achieve the goal of ensuring 1,000 hours of stable operation of the direct liquefaction unit in 2009, the branch company has taken action across all aspects, involving relevant fields such as process engineering, technology, and equipment, with all employees participating actively. And strengthening personnel training, especially that of those in operational positions, is of paramount importance in the entire preparation for starting up the operation. To this end, a large-scale training campaign for job skills has been launched across the branch. To ensure the success of this training program, the Human Resources Department carried out thorough preparatory work. Through detailed research, it developed targeted and practical training plans and schedules. Focusing on eight key areas such as standardized operations, training for technical improvement projects, training for team leaders, and training on procedural documents, and through coordinated efforts across the company and its various production centers, while emphasizing the skill requirements specific to each position and equipment, various training methods including full-scale or partial centralized training, in-house and external training, as well as a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills have been implemented, with activities commencing in full force since mid-February. Each production center also attaches great importance to this issue and takes proactive actions; in response to the prominent problems related to operational skills during production, they have formulated detailed plans and specific implementation measures, thereby providing a solid foundation for comprehensively improving employees’ operational skills at their posts. .
