Is there a coking unit in that plant that recycles the scum from the sewage treatment plant? Please share your experience!
We are preparing to recycle it and use it as quench oil to ensure clean dehydration at critical times and add a screw pump.
We have been refining the scum. When the water supply is small, the scum is refining at the same time. When the bottom temperature of the coke is lower than 280 degrees, the refining is stopped. It has always been good.
We are refining scum, and in the early stage of small water supply, we stop refining when the coke bottom temperature is lower than 350 degrees. It has always been good. Does not affect coke quality.
We are also exploring this aspect, and pilot testing is possible, mainly because the problem of dehydration is more difficult in the process of large-scale production. I don’t know if anyone has any good ideas. Asked for advice.
