How to Be a Good Project Manager

In a newly built large-scale chlor-alkali plant, there was only theoretical knowledge and great ambitions. I’ve found that there are certain things that are difficult to handle, so I would like to ask my seniors and fellow sailors for advice on how to be a good project manager and how to work effectively to achieve results Let’s talk about the experiences of success; I’m eager to learn from them!
