Insulated shoe problem

Problems with the insulating shoes used by our company’s electricians: 1. I don’t know why, but they were obviously damaged within 2 months of use. I wonder which brand can last? (Now it is double-safety 15KV) 2. Insulated shoes have a validation period, but I don’t know how long the validation period is? 3. Electricians often work at heights. Can they wear leather shoes?
