Is slag removal equipment needed as a spare?

The boiler slag removal equipment always has minor problems; haha, when it stops working while the boiler keeps running, things get quite dirty. During the design phase, no design agency opted for a slag removal machine; the factory is considering installing one as a backup to avoid inconvenience during maintenance work. It depends. If a backup can solve the problem, then it can be used; I’ve never seen boilers with a backup system
Agree with what was said above; it’s necessary to have a backup! The furnaces I’ve seen don’t have any spares either
I haven’t seen any spares, but spare parts for the slag removal equipment are still needed.
Similar to the view on the 4th floor, there are no spares for the slag remover; however, spares are available for the vulnerable components of the slag remover.
The slag remover is not a spare unit. Because the costs outweigh the benefits. For vulnerable and consumable parts, spare parts are essential. The car has a spare tire, but no garage.
There are basically no backups! Because it’s not necessary; if repairs take too long, the boiler will stop working! Moreover, if it’s used as a backup, installation and other aspects are very troublesome!
