The pressure safety valve of the boiler often leaks steam. What is the reason why the safety valve often leaks? Is it caused by steam?

Is it possible that the valve is not welded securely?
Is it possible that the boiler water quality is poor or the sewage discharge is insufficient, resulting in a high salt content in the water, which affects the sealing surface of the safety valve.
The leakage of the safety valve is mainly due to two reasons:: 1. Solution: 1. Go to the boiler inspection station to check the safety valve again ； 2. Find the cause of the boiler itself.
However, there is no external valve problem or the boiler itself. The valve problem is either the grade is not selected correctly, or the boiler is not sealed properly during installation. If there is a problem with the boiler, the furnace pressure is too high, or the water in the furnace is corroded.
