As stated in the title, I have a vacuum distillation tower for acetic anhydride and acetic acid, and I would like to calculate the cost of separating acetic acid ?

The original poster didn’t explain things clearly at all! What scale? What is the cost of raw materials? You should know by now that you just need to add the operating costs and workers’ salaries; it’s just an approximate estimate. If you want a precise figure, you’ll need to consult someone with expertise in economic analysis to do the calculations for you!
Processing cost refers to: the wages of workers involved in the processing over a unit of time, transportation costs, electricity and fuel expenses, plus various additional burdens imposed on the enterprise by society.
I don’t know exactly what the production capacity is either. This vacuum distillation tower is used to evaporate acetic acid from acetic anhydride; I just want to have a general idea to facilitate calculations
