Device to prevent reverse flow of steam in steam pipes

I am currently designing a steam heating system for an industrial park, where the steam is intended to be heated at certain usage points to a temperature higher than that produced by the boiler. However, when the temperature rises, the pressure of the steam also increases; therefore, it is necessary to prevent backflow of steam. Has anyone here seen or used devices similar to steam check valves?
I think a check valve will suffice.
This requires the installation of a suction check valve. They are generally installed and used in thermal power plants.
