It can be bonded to a variety of materials. The cured product has good electrical and mechanical properties. For cast plastics, the tensile strength ranges from 29.4 to 88.3 MPa, the compressive strength ranges from 108 to 147 MPa, the flexural strength ranges from 93.2 to 147 MPa, and the notched impact strength on a cantilever beam (1zod) ranges from 0.88 to 4.2 kJ/m2 ; Thermal deformation temperature: 50–120℃ ; Dielectric strength: 10–20 MV/m, dielectric constant: 3.3–4.0 MHz. The resin is prepared by the polycondensation of bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin, and is then used after curing. It can be processed by casting, compression molding, molding, transfer molding, and laminating methods ; It can also be applied by powder coating. It is mainly used as a plastic molding material, reinforcing agent, adhesive, coating, and lightweight foam, and is widely applied in industries such as machinery, electronics, construction, and chemicals.
