Which process pipelines in steam turbines and industrial boilers require pickling to remove rust?
Mainly, the medium-pressure steam pipeline leading into the turbine needs to be acid-washed and then subjected to steam blasting
The steam pipelines leading into the turbine must be pickled and then blasted to prevent weld slag from entering the turbine and damaging the impellers
To enter the turbine lubricating oil pipeline, pickling is required. Pickling is carried out after pressure testing and purging; following pickling, passivation, rinsing, and air drying are necessary, and shot blasting is not required
The oil pipeline is not necessary, but the steam pipeline must be properly installed; passivation is not required for the steam pipeline
