Announcement on the Monthly Selection of Outstanding Members for the Industry Analysis Section, Version 09. In order to improve the analysis section and better serve all members of Haichuan, and to encourage more knowledgeable, skilled, experienced individuals who are willing to make selfless contributions to get involved in building our common home – the Haichuan Chemicals Forum, a selection event is held on a monthly basis. The event announcement is as follows: I. Selection scope: 1. All members who have posted messages in the analysis section of the Haichuan Chemicals Forum ； 2. The candidates must be Hachuan members who posted content and participated in discussions in the analysis section between 0:00 on the 1st of the previous month and 24:00 at the end of that month. (Next month’s selection will be based on the posts from the previous month.) II. Selection period: 1. From the 1st to the 15th of each month is the period for submitting candidates and their reference posts ； 2. From the 16th of each month to the end of the month is the period for announcing the results of the event and presenting awards. III. Activity reward settings: First place: +5 Charm +40 Wealth ； Second place: +4 Charm +30 Wealth ； Third place: Reward of Charm +3, Wealth +20. Those who are rated as outstanding members in the analysis section for three consecutive months can apply for rewards of Prestige +1, Charm +20, and Wealth +200. Those who are rated as outstanding members in the analysis section for six consecutive months can apply for a Haichuan Outstanding Member Medal, granting +50 charm and +280 wealth. IV. Organizing Committee for the Event: There is a “Organizing Committee for the Monthly Selection of Outstanding Members in the Industry Section Analysis Version,” with the following members: Chairperson: Industry Section Super Version; Members: Industry Section Super Version, Super Version Assistant, moderators of the Analysis Version section (including actual moderators), and technical discussants. V. Selection Methods and Rules: 1. Member referrals: Each person is allowed to recommend 1–2 candidates per month ； 2. Recommended format: (1) Candidate username: Candidate UID: (2) Topics posted by the candidate or topics in which they have participated in discussions (indicate the floor where the discussion took place) + website link. Requirement for the number of recommended posts: The number of recommended discussion posts that can be used as references must be 3 or more; otherwise, such posts will be considered invalid and deleted. (3) Recommendation comment: Requirements for the recommendation comment: The reasons why this member’s post deserves to be selected, such as: What contribution does it make to the development of Haichuan? What insights does this offer for Haiyou? How can it help Haiyou at work? Wait. 3. Recommended posts must meet all the requirements and formatting rules of the campaign. Posts that do not meet these standards must be revised to be compliant within 24 hours of posting; otherwise, they will be considered spam and deleted. 4. The topic post with the most recommended votes wins, and so on. 5. The methods and rules for the event will incorporate good suggestions in a timely manner and be updated accordingly. 6. The organizing committee of this event holds the right to interpret it. VI.
