We would like to learn about the practices of other companies in this field; we’re not sure what amount of circulating water is appropriate. The temperature difference is assumed to be 8 degrees. # hcbbs
This should be related to the wet-bulb temperature in various regions; I’m not sure if my understanding is correct. In the East China region, a circulating water capacity of 7,500 m3/h is generally sufficient.
This requires calculating how many areas in your company use circulating water, and then taking into account the heat exchange requirements of each area, the efficiency of the heat exchangers chosen, as well as geographical factors
The water volume used in the circulation cycle for diaphragm caustic soda and ion-exchange membrane caustic soda is **different**; the water volume used in evaporation systems is also **different**, as is the water volume utilized in subsequent processing steps.
The circulating water system can be made larger; the investment required won’t be high, which facilitates future expansion of the chlor-alkali plant

Are you asking about the water retention volume or the circulating water volume? The water retention capacity is approximately 10,000 tons/h
