About the choice of flange gasket

There are two existing flanges, namely ANSI 8" 300# RF and ANSI 10" 300# T. Now I need to piping, and after piping, I need to disassemble the flange. I have the following questions: 1. Since the pipe will be removed immediately after piping, there is no need to choose a metal winding gasket, right? 2. Is it possible to choose PTFE coated gasket (I think PTFE coated gasket can only be used on convex and flat pipe flanges)? 3. I can just use non-metallic flat gaskets, which are economical and economical.
There is no design consideration for gaskets used for pressure leak detection after installation.
I don't quite understand what was said above? Please also make it clear
1. It is too wasteful to not use metal winding pads. 2. PTFE coated pads can only be used on convex and flat pipe flanges (this is what the national standard says). 3. Flat pads will do. That's the answer I found, right?
