***The issue of high water concentration in the distillate

The water concentration in my *** car’s coolant has been consistently high lately, ranging between 400-500 ppm, and I can’t get it to drop. Do any of you have any good tips?
Is there any issue with the concentration of your raw water? Also, if the stripping tower is a packed tower, could there be issues with the packing?
Is the material in the middle of your wastewater tank being recovered? Are the process parameters normal? Is the discharge adjustment of the crude product from the water wash separator working properly? Is it possible there’s a leak inside the heat exchanger or condenser or something? Quite a amount of material may have accumulated in the bottom of the tower due to the previous failures, so an attempt was made to change the liquid in the tower ； If nothing else works, stop the vehicle and wash the tower. My wastewater tank is emptied every 8 hours.
My stripping tower uses corrugated orifice plate packing, with a layer of metal rectangular gusset rings at the top; the design should be fine.
What is the required concentration limit after stripping for you? Have there been any changes in the components of the incoming water? Are all the process parameters normal?
You should give a brief overview of the operational status and condition of the equipment, so that everyone can take appropriate action. There’s nothing secret about this; it’s a traditional and standard approach.
1. Raw water recovery must ensure that no material enters the tower； 2. Check whether the operating pressure of the tower is higher than the normal value; if it is, the packing may be blocked and requires cleaning ； 3. Check whether the operating pressure fluctuates abnormally, and verify whether the steam pressure is stable ； 5. Is the raw water flow rate exceeding the treatment capacity of the stripping tower?
The temperatures at the bottom and top of my stripping tower are kept around 100 degrees; the incoming water should be free of any solids. The tower is 26 meters tall, and the feed rate is within the designed range.
The *** at the bottom of the wastewater tanks is regularly removed. Our facility has three wastewater tanks, and overflow occurs sequentially; during each shift, the *** from all three tanks is collected. Additionally, the temperature in the stripping tower is also kept within the specified range
The main reasons include: free components in the feed belt； Excessive feed amount, insufficient separation ； The feed amount is too small, resulting in insufficient gas-liquid contact ； There is too much dirt inside the Tas unit, or the bulk packing is displaced ； Reasons for operation, such as steam pressure, steam volume, and reboiler temperature control ； The distributor or redistributor is damaged ； The design load of the tower does not match the actual operating load. It is recommended that you compare the operating conditions during abnormal periods with those during normal periods in the past, in order to identify the cause ； Or post it for everyone to discuss. Another thing is to park the tower for cooking or to check the condition of the distributor for the packing.
***That’s the level of treatment efficiency achievable in wastewater towers; wastewater with a concentration of less than 400PPM can be treated using biological or catalytic oxidation methods to meet discharge standards!
